        Isn't it because most higher-paid tech nerds are male? I would love that changed - more female nerds PLEASE.

        It probably goes back to human evolution that females don't "like" gadgets, coding, Maths/STEM subjects.

        Yes. Google pays female employees less than male employees doing the same job because women don't like math. Makes perfect sense.

        Like to emphasize my point that more well-paid jobs are probably held by male -don't know about same jobs 'cos I don't manage Google.

        If you want to be paid better, you must aim high where demand is. If companies pay less because of discrimination,they should be penalized.
