sadly, increasing foot print and size at this point would probably suck out any remaining life. More retail space would be burden

you appear to have 10000x more business exp. than me, but does doing a hard rebrand in a dying market make sense.

some people will always want to walk into a store and shop. E-Commerce is awesome, but stores will never entirely go away.

of course, but the market for department stores is obviously on a decline. And obviously projected sales in the online market
