That is certainly the trend. More flexibility for both the company and the worker. Good workers can benefit.
provided there ARE benefits....workers can control....
If they pay well enough, you can buy your own "benefits." Low paid contractors are getting hosed.
and most are low paid....look at wages over the past 25 years...got money, huh?
"Most people" do not make much money and need benefits. They should seek full time employment or improve their skills.
