        You cannot boost housing when close to full employment and rates are rising --and expecting to keep moving up in 2017.

        No, it is closing (moving) to full employment. Full employment is not 0% unemployment, it is 4%. Thus millions still looking.

        try 10's of millions & large part of existing labor force is part time. New home sales are robust in a robust economy.
