Castro was a despot. He took power by force, killed 1000s of Cubans, oppressed the press, & stole from those he purported to govern.

By the time he died, Castro ran Cuba's economy into the ground. He died an irrelevant relic of a bygone era; the world passed him by.

It'd be easy to idealize Castro's "revolucion" and many will, but don't forget he stole the freedom of an entire Country.

A murderer, a despot, a tyrant has died! A great relief for the long-suffering Cuban people. Let us rejoice.
