@WSJ tellcos give users a false sense of control over their privacy. they make it seem like it's nsa only. facebook leaks everything i think
@ferlettuce @WSJ well that's not expected frm a world class organization like fb
@akshay_kaushal1 @WSJ i thought google does it too now? apple def does. apple's syncing all your info can mess with you more than fb tbh.
@akshay_kaushal1 @WSJ to be fair to google, i think the nsa is just massively subpoena-ing then. wonder if nsa's subpoena-ing amazon too?
@ferlettuce @WSJ at least someone is willing to protect our privacy!
@akshay_kaushal1 ed snowden's trying to get the word out. #citizenfour's an illuminating documentary in many ways. he & gwald were Harassed
@ferlettuce that's valuable. Thanks for sharing :)

@WSJ really though if your stupid enough to be on Facebook you obviously do not want or need privacy
@WSJ And that, to a good extent, is very true. It's very easy to get around all those phony privacy-control settings. They are ineffective.
