@WSJ@StephenFidler1 Isn't a big chunk of Greek debt simply German bank debt it was forced to nationalise, sticking it on Greek taxpayers? -
@graemeburton@WSJ It was owed by Greek government to German banks. Now, more or less it's owed to German government.
