体重測るなら朝一番がいいそうだ。週一で測るなら水曜日が良いと。私は最近毎日朝起きがけに測定中。経験で言うとジム通い始めても最初の2週間はほとんどかわらない。まず体が省エネ型になる。それが過ぎると毎日のように少しずつ減るね。@WSJ

事情があってここ3年間くらいほとんどジムにいけなくて体重増。ようやく行けるようになったので、この1月から。以前は毎年夏に3か月くらい毎日集中的に行って体絞って、その後はキープでOKだったんだけどね。@tomshirai
@lalahearttwit なるほど〜!私は去年、秋に向けてダイエット、と意識していたのに少しも減りませんでした。意識していなくても増えるわけではなく、安定し過ぎです。ゆる過ぎるのですね。
