@WSJ Baltimore also has the one of the lowest vehicle ownership rates per household in the US. And some of the worst public transit.

@CWCLewis Light Rail runs to the Yard. Subway runs other direction between OM and JH-Hospital. Hardly known, probably even lesser used.
@TMclaughlin3 lived at 30th and St. Paul. Hacking was easier.
@WSJ that's huge difference in $, but in not surprised since it's Baltimore. It s probably more secure than the streets. I'd want a garage
