@nashmax73 I think cutting out whole grains is a terrible idea, but I was referring more to getting items that would normally contain gluten
@wbkeene Agreed. Just another in long line of fads. In related news, FDA just advised everyone to stop taking vitamins unless prescribed.
@nashmax73 It's better to get vitamins through food, but can be supplemented when necessary. Don't see big deal if used properly
@wbkeene FDA's stance was it's a waste of money & in cases where RDA% exceeded can be dangerous (too much E raises prostate cancer risk).
