        @WSJ I was trained to be a psychiatric attendant years ago at the Harlem Valley state Hospital. Worry played a role in many cases.

        @WSJ State mental wards dumped their patients onto the streets some years ago, (money dried up). Made prison the new mental ward. Horrors
