@erikwill Housing market outside of Boston very hot. 500k houses selling fast. Lots of new homes being built ober 1mil. Crazy -
@sarahlance I lived in Amesbury in mid-Eighties. Our neighbors, both dentists, had trouble affording their mortgage payments! Wow. -
@erikwill Right, I'm wondering, who are the buyers for all these $$$ houses? It's not sustainable. -
@sarahlance Plus, this time around the twentysomethings can't pay their student loans. Disqualified as home buyers. -
