        @WSJ recently tried "Dukan diet" focuses on reducing carb, & eating more lean protein. Really works, but must get past 1st 3 weeks,no sugar

        @WSJ The CDC's number is a joke. 56x4(# of cals/gram)=224. For 2k/day diet, that's only 11% of cals from protein. No wonder America is fat.
