        @WSJ Only $20 bills are plastic so far. Canada has no 1 dollar bills; only a dollar coin.

        @WSJ Brazil tried to use $20 bills once. But it was difficult to use it day by day because it get sticky.

        @WSJ Australia for nearly 20 years. Plastic is fantastic! it may melt in the clothes dryer but it stays dry unlike cotton.

        @WSJ México has 3 kind of plastic bills: 20, 50 & 100 pesos. I think they are useful although you need to care a little more!
