        @WSJ It's never been a war on drugs. The assault was on American citizens...mostly the BLACK community. Check the prison drug population.

        @WSJ YES, it was lost over 25 yrs ago! Private prisons, filled w/ non violent offenders, mandatory sentences, etc. have contributed as well.
