The U.S. economy still leads the world, say Alan Greenspan and Adrian Wooldridge, but growth will continue to stall without key reforms in federal entitlements and banking ruleshttps://on.wsj.com/2Px4tsA

Seriously? No “entitlements” are not gifts. They were paid by American workers. Giving corporate welfare and huge tax cuts killed Revenue for Medicare and SS - making seniors and disabled pay after building the country is WRONG

Well you do have a point there Syed, the question is when will the American people stand up and say "enough"?

Thnx Bobby. Actually american establishment never allow their citizens to even think about that. Iraq & Afghan wars give a 5 trillion $ jerk to american economy. I suggest for americans to act on "Now or Never".

So the middle class tax payer gets the burden of paying for the security of the wealthy and corporate America . The financial revolution is coming and will make the French revolution look like a picnic . Wealth distributed to the workers may save the wealthy from the guillotine

That's part of it, the problem is almost every country around the world subsidizes it's own home grown industries, so how does American business compete with that?

I guess that depends on which sector your talking about and, at what point is it prudent to infuse those sectors with additional $$, timing is just as critical to achieve desired results, Q: which results benefit who, and who carries the burden if the objective is not met?

If the government cracked down with no tolerance for financial crime of bankers etc...the way it does poor immigrants, nobody would need to boast of USA greatness. It would be self evident to all mankind.
