Kavanaugh delegitimized himself when he claimed the numerous assault allegations against him were part of a Clinton conspiracy.

Who cares. He already delegitimized himself with his own testimony.

I don’t read opinions from the Wall Street Journal although I still read fact based articles. Just based on your provocative twitter headline I would say Kavanaugh is accountable for his disgraceful behavior, lies and misleading statements. Can’t pass the buck on this one.

Oh please. Kavanaugh delegitimized himself. Take another look at his performance before the judiciary committee.

The ABA's reputation is on the line. If their original opinion had no meaning there is no reason to ask them in the future.

Agreed. Kavanaugh delegitimized Kavanaugh when screaming out unfounded conspiracy theories at his hearing, and showing a complete lack of judicial decorum and straight disrespect to this entire country.

I don't think Kavanaugh realized that his tantrum during the hearing may have energized Trump's base, but it also confirmed what the ABA had warned WH about in previous years: He is too partisan. As soon as he hit the bench, he tried to target immigrants per Trump's agenda.

@BrettKavanaugh doesn’t need any help from the @ABAesq , he’s doing just fine delegitimizing himself and his seat on @Scotus , he’s illegitimate and that won’t change for him. He will be known as the angry entitled drunken frat boy and liar under oath. So good try!!!

If they try that, I suggest we delegitimize all lawyers. New Amendment to Constitution: No lawyers may run for political office. We have way many of them.

Kavanaugh already delegitimized himself with that outrageous sneering, yelling, belligerent Apprentice-worthy performance two weeks ago. He should be on Celebrity Apprentice, not on the Supreme Court.
