Opinion: The Democrats’ campaign against Kavanaugh failed. Now they resort to smearing the Supreme Court itself, writes @jasonrileywsjhttps://on.wsj.com/2PrZidh

Repubs chant “lock her up!” Hillary has never even been indicted. But Kavenaugh is said to be “innocent until proven guilty.

Nothing compares to nominating a drunk partisan sexual predator just to enact your retrograde policies that are otherwise dying at the bedsides of expired bigots.

Interesting that you call one women’s account of abuse, “The Democrats campaign”. This is a human rights issue and it’s toxic, corrupt, and change is coming.

No. Kavanaugh taints the Court. His comment "what goes around comes around" is already coming to fruition with his deciding vote on voter suppression & soon his vote on immigration. He will gladly repay the GOP and Trump for a generation. And that delegitimizes the Court.

Just. Stop. The Supreme Court should be beyond reproach and filled only with people with the highest character.

Republicans have been smearing the Court since 1973. And the Democrats never stole a Supreme Court vacancy.

The President failed, not the dems. How many other cases going back a "long ways" had accusations against someone for being sexually abusive, with lots of people in the wings willing to testify? This case, I'm sure, was different from the run-of-the-mill cases. Trump killed it.

No Democrats didn’t fail. GOP installing someone who is unfit to serve on the Supreme Court. They failed to uphold the high standards of the court. We will deal with Kavanaugh ****** later. Right now November 6th is all that matters.

I think the Court has already started doing that themselves by disenfranchising Native Americans of the vote.

The smear came when Kavanaugh was confirmed to the Supreme Court. Now the SC is tainted and has lost legitimacy.

Isn’t the Supreme Court the Republican Party? Why not. Isn’t that why they elected a criminal to the Presidency?
