Nope. Democrats think that if they can’t win the hearts and minds of people they will bully and intimidate them into submission, but that’s not how it works.

America may have "too much Law" but I feel strongly that America has not enough Justice. But of course the two are not necessarily related.

Why did I have to just learn and adjust to the fact that there is a place called the “Scalia Law School”? Like literally I could’ve gone my whole life in blissful ignorance

Extremely fun fact: At first, for a little while, before it was the Antonin Scalia Law School, it was the Antonin Scalia School of Law. ASSOL.

Mueller is coming - and it won’t just be process crimes. How surprising that - as the case is “rolling up” someone would write such an editorial.

America has too much law? Is this in response to the great reporting by NYT about the fact Trump isn't even close to self-made and his entire family committed years of tax fraud? I'm old enough to remember when the WSJ mattered. Before Murdoch. Pathetic.

Just figuring that out now eh? The biggest problem in America is some folks (1/2 ) don’t think the law applies to them. It’s whatever they think or say no matter what it does to other people.

Freedom under Democracy has to be regulated.Absolute freedom can be abused. But too much laws can hamper freedom.Freedom of speech and movement between conflicting interests needs regulations , by a nonpartisan judiciary!

Natural law exceeds man made law, the United States Supreme Court said so themselves. Therefore, any law other than natural law is only arbitrary dictates. Reference to West Virginia State Board of Education v. Barnette
