Absolutely... But will future policy changes prohibit the opportunity to disclose breaches within a confined period of time with tiered fines relating to non-disclosure from board members of listed firms?

These powerful giant tech companies seem to be favouring lefty political parties like the Dems and have been accused of censoring conservatives and not paying their fair share of taxes. They appear to be a law onto themselves. They should be broken up to make way for competition.

But with all of Silicon Valley wanting to get in on China, how anyone expects to keep US intellectual properties out of their hands is a mystery, unless that's not a big deal anymore. Google, founded by foreigners, prefers to hire foreigners. Obama preferred to hire African Americans. Trump prefers to hire old white men. People hire people just like themselves!

Google is where they start, but should not be where they end. Tech companies get away with a lot of crap that industries that are regulated a hell of a lot more wouldn't even dream of attempting.
