The Supreme Court is made up of human beings, not oracles. It can’t perform the impossible mission it has been assigned in our time.https://on.wsj.com/2NdAMzy

The problem is when injustice is viewed as a political issue Congress fails to Act. This, the matter invariably gets adjudicated. Therefore, a broken and morally unbalanced Congress is the issue.

The whole court needs to be revamped. I would suggest Term limits and do away with life time Appointments and take the President out of the process all together and have a board of people that are not connected to lobbyist or big money.

It was assumed at the time that the justices would not deviate from the written law. The Founders didn't anticipate today's Democrats who seek justices who will ignore or twist it to accommodate their incompatible global socialist ideology.

Excellent article but I would suggest ending lifetime appointments. A 15-25 year term for a justice would ensure policy reforms & place the burden on voters in those crucial years to perform their civic duties.

Supreme Court used to be lot less political. Roe v Wade opinion was written by Harry Blackmun, nominated by Nixon

Watch the video by Senator Ben Sasse of Nebraska, he makes a compelling speech on this very topic. Everyone should listen to what he says.

Don’t know anything about him, but what he said was spot on. Guess maybe he needs to practice what he preaches, but again I don’t know anything about his political ability.

Unfortunately the Court will have a majority towards a political party, we can expect no deviation from past performance when there was a partisan majority on the court. Dancing monkeys from either side will perform what their master requires of them, drones lose their humanity.
