A lot of nonsense is about having something new to say. At 83 I say eat eggs.

Ive eaten eggs every single morning for the past decade. I look better and feel better than 99% of the people I encounter on a daily basis. Keep eating your bagels and cereals tho...

I eat two eggs most mornings and have for years, my cholesterol levels are very good for a woman of my age and I certainly look better (Skin and hair health) than most of the women my age.

They’re bad for the hens so I prefer to keep exploitation, cruelty and murder off my plate. Health benefits are just a bonus

Eggs are just cruel and inhuman because of the endless suffering by chickens. Plant based is reality offering health and a better world #Vegan

I respect science and don't have any problem with the guidance changing as new information is uncovered - but I take it all with a grain of hypertension and eat eggs in moderation anyway. So far, so good.

I would say the positives outweigh the negotiates. Also for worrying about high cholesterol wouldn’t exercise take care of that?

Why are they doing studies on rabbits? I'm not surprised that rabbits don't do well on a high cholesterol diet. But their physiology is very different from that of humans.
