Oh well all good things must come to an end ... My 1st car, a ‘68 Bug was literally a tin can on wheels but I loved it ! I looked at the modern version but it just wasn’t the same... different time, “better” choices but disappointed to see it go

Its not that people dont want to buy a a beetle. Its thats carsare too expensive in general and id you are going to take out a $40k car loan then we at least want extra leg room.

I would love to buy snd own a bettle. A 1960s version. But I cant afford to pay $35k for it. Bring the proce down, make it electric, and go back to the 50s design and you got a keeper.

The New Beetle had no connection to the original Beetle other than some cosmetics, and the name. It was a VW Polo with a body kit There's no moving on here, folks. Come on, this isn't exactly rocket science. Where did the engine live? How was it cooled?
