I wonder what kind of unnecessary medical care there would be? Wouldn't it just prompt you to go to the doctor, which is necessary if your heart is malfunctioning?

Apparently seeking medical care is a bad thing.

Really? Most medical care is unnecessary.

1 Personal health data goes to the magical cloud 2 When it "rains" insurers collect data or otherwise are given it blindly in return for reduced insurance 3 Many years hence, some patients then refused health insurance due to data Progress? Hmm

Some months ago I asked Life Alert about fall detection, and they said they didn't offer it in a watch because of false positives, but as AI models become ubiquitous, tasks that required video cards costing several hundred dollars can now be done on a $1 audio/video ASIC.

Unnecessary medical care or they'll love the bills? I doth think they won't protest too much - yes, a poor play on an egregious misquote.

First it would have to reliably and accurately detect heart rate, which as of the watch 4 it doesn’t.
