To Germany, which has up to 50% workers representatives on boards? Not doing too bad there are they?

Really? Have you never heard of the country Germany? Are you really this stupid? Bloomberg is apparently the much better source for financial news.https://www.bloomberg.com/view/articles/2018-08-24/why-german-corporate-boards-include-workers-for-co-determination …

Great Idea!! First line workers are most aware of problems that are covered up and never make it to the higher administrators. Their participation on company boards will at minimum be Cost-Effective.

Norway. Which is not a bad place to go, for corporate governance. Best to do it before winter comes though.

It’s really a good idea to take advise about how to run your corporation from a politician. They understand how business works... all of that experience working in business and running their own company... thanks Liz!

It's called ignorance of how business and corporations work. A janitor should not be sitting on a board that decides a companies fate.

Socialism concept plain and simple. Yes this could put the janitor on the board of a billion dollar company. "The corporation would be required to hold elections in which employees would fill 40% of board seats—enough to give them a blocking position on any major transaction."
