Invest more into training new hires instead of having expectations for experience that aren’t always realistic. Many people are willing to learn if you give them the opportunity.

Agree, but the problem is we no longer have any loyalty. Companies invest in the development of young talent, and as soon as the next best thing pops up, they’re gone. And so is the companies investment you’re talking about.

Fair...but loyalty is a two-way street. One bad quarter and companies want to lay a bunch of people off.

How do you count unemployment? If it is only counting people filing benefit claims, you are missing millions that are underemployed, run out of benefits, or worked contract or temp jobs that leave them ineligible for any benefits. How many of the available jobs pay living wages?

Good opportunity but the long hours on the road by yourself probably deters a lot of potential candidates.

Be wary about everything coming out of Trump and his people! Everything fake is possible from them expecially what will make them look good or convincing.
