Watched the ceremony. Such a humble winner in the midst of loud Americans. Serena being one of them. What a contrast.

Felt terrible for Osaka. What was her lifelong dream shattered by BS. When the presenter asked which was better your dream or the real thing, she deferred. Was he stupid? Of course her dream was better. Hopefully she becomes the next superstar and I believe she will.

But she is. Didn’t even have the sportsmanship to allow the winner to have her winning smile & victory the stage. Forever lost! Not right!

For us in Women’s rights it is absurd & disgraceful for Serena to wave this banner when truth be told her aggression & rude behavior is counter productive and a terrible bullying example Shame on the usta committee for kneeling to name and excluding the very correct Chair umpire

She should have been banned from Tennis for life back in 2009 when she threatened that other US Open Umpire with “taking a fuckin Tennis ball and shoving it down her fuckin throat” - that was Criminal Threatening, a misdemeanor in NY-she’s a bully & criminal & not good for Tennis
