Baby boomers are retiring, and Gen Z is starting to fill the gaps. Employers haven't seen a generation like this since the Great Depression.https://on.wsj.com/2MTPoEk

Gen X exists. When will journalists remember that it isn’t Boomer to Y to Z? Super annoying.

I think the problem is that business owners are not loyal to their employees. No incentives to work hard. I’m a baby boomer and we had a reason to work hard and not lose our job, like retirement benefits, vacation pay, healthcare, and overtime pay. We had stability!

Try hiring “Generation X” instead. The young ones are isolated from reality.
