And remember- that @SenateGOP only represents 18% of Americans. 18% and they get to rush through a #SCOTUS after refusing a hearing for #MerrickGarland for the last president?! #GOP is corrupt and untrustworthy. #StopKavanuaghhttp://thehill.com/opinion/white-house/404720-juan-williams-trumps-majority-is-fake?amp&__twitter_impression=true …

The question isn't: Can they? The question is: Should they? If Republicans had had a brokered convention, back in 2016, we would've had a different nominee. A different president. And NONE of the current embarrassment that #45 & his minions are dragging us through!

And they will. The question is, what is the Democrats’ plan to undo this on November 7?

This is not a Senate, it’s just another House of Reps, not what the Founders intended. Sad day for America.

Of course. This has nothing to do with partisan politics, by the way. It has to do with equality for all, with three co-equal branches of government. However, due to the era of financialization, oligarchs, militarists, and theocratic fascists hold power.

Our Corporations United legislature does not represent the people. The executive branch has so many redundant layers of militarized unionized bureaucrats, it's a tyrant's wet dream. Oligarchs successfully disaggregated the Fourth Estate into confusion and propaganda.

So Americans hang their hopes on the judiciary, which the GOP recently showed us could be destroyed with unconstitutional gameplay. Wanna continue the gameplay?

After the GOP is gutted and Democrats sweep both houses, which is inevitable eventually (yes it's generational), their first order of business should be to amend to 13 SCOTUS justices.
