Please fix that headline, WSJ. He didn't protest the anthem.

The Title is perfectly fine. "...who led player protests DURING the National Anthem..."

Nike off my shopping list. So sad to see brands pandering to this. If they actually cared about the movement, fork over the dollars.

Yeah... Nike is the bad guy here. Meanwhile, people are burning perfectly good clothes claiming Nike hates vets. All while thousands of homeless vets have no shoes or clothes to keep warm. If these idiots gave a shit about vets, they'd just donate the clothes & shoes.

No one said otherwise... Doesn't make their boycott any less illogical and a failure from the get go.

You did. You insinuated that they should do something different with what is rightfully thiers to do w as they wish. What is so illogical about thier "boycott"? What's so logical about Nike taking a political position? And what failure? How would you define success or failure?

There was no insinuation. I made a logical observation. They claim it is all about caring for vets, yet chose to destroy something they could have donated to help Vets. It's an illogical boycott because they've already bought the product...

Thank you, Nike for endorsing him. He is a brave, strong young man who is not changing his belief, even with trump constantly badgering, insulting and belittling him. My family and I support your decision. I just bought 3 pair of Nikes for my grandsons, and will buy more.
