This is an incredibly one-sided piece with no journalistic credibility. The writer makes incendiary comments like “Muslims walked one way and non Muslims walked another with no eye contact”. - which in my view, just makes them 100% British. When has anyone made eye contact in UK?

What a lot of half digested nonsense. Alcohol free zone signs are put up by the council in most British cities to discourage beggars

Scrub the two minutes. I googled Alcohol Control Zones. The explanation came straight up. People can have different views and perspectives but the @WSJ should be better than this

As an American that lives in Tower Hamlets, I must say this is factually incorrect. I’ve been drunk on Whitechapel Rd. many times.

I’d always been led to believe that the @WSJ was a serious, high brow, intellectual publication. Turns out it’s actually a comic book of bad writing.

Misleading facts, hateful opinion.I lived 2 years in Tower Hamlets where multiculturalism is all together:Spanish, Italians, French and Muslims since the colonial past. Mad party and radical islam cohabiting in peace. London is yet the true meaning of EU despite these hate-pieces.

Why was this published? To make England seem scary because it has areas of people who by religion and culture inherent in insular communities? First, Ngo didn’t need to travel that far; he could have visited Borough Park, Brooklyn, or Edison, NJ. 1/2

A PoC writing for the @WSJ and getting a free trip to London just to shit on other minorities for a 90%+ white readership? I'm speechless...
