I happen to live in Vancouver, Washington. The reason is simple, major forest fires on the west coast and the ensuing smoke that has been blown to the North and Northeast. This happened last year in Portland due to the fire in the Columbia Gorge.
Yeah, because they’re ON FIRE!! The headline fairly begs you think it’s anthropogenic global climate change, as opposed to moronic enviro-nazi policies that limit the harvest and clearing of dead or dying timber lands. Choke on your poor choices, idiots.
