This article is terrible. It sums up as "Big businessman break laws all the time. We shouldn't hold the President, or anyone in power, to any higher standard." Business over country. Business over society. Business over people. That pretty much sums up the WSJ editorial board.

I guess from now on every time a Democrat loses an election they'll invent some sort of conspiracy theory explaining why they lost. I guess it's easier to make baseless accusations than to actually come up with your own agenda.

The whole world knew that his businesses were his problems. But we didn't demand to see his tax returns. Shame on us!

True, WSJ. I have often blogged that Trump will finally be deposed by his long term money laundering and have noted that his Commerce Secretary, Ross, was co-chairman of the notorious money laundering Bank of Cyprus along with a Russian friendly to Putin. Are two and two four?

Trump isn't a billionaire and is possibly close to broke. The Russians own him.

Most of these career bureaucrats don’t have any idea how to run a business. Most of them can’t even run a ham sandwich.

Every year the IRS audits Trump. Since he doesn't write the tax laws or any law, he must be honest or else, by now, we'd know what he did illegally. Of course, the resistance, can't accept reality, fantasizes about nebulous crimes w/ no evidence.

It could be argued that the effect on the 2016 was anything but trivial and could have lasting effects on our Country and institutions. You may THINK it was trivial but don't assume "we can now admit".

Smart people know your reporting is your real weakness. Just a bit of problem for a “news source”. Maybe try something else, like a mechanic, or electrician?. Anything is better than what your sorry journos are making up these days
