        What the FBI needs to focus on is white collar crime, the thing they were made for. Since the hard turn towards counterterrorism in 2002, rich fraudsters have had free rein.

        I personally don't think the FBI has anything wrong with its' culture. You are starting from a false premise, in my opinion. Few apples fell out of the barrel, but the barrel is solid.
