Only in the dysfunctional government can horrible employees keep their jobs. Thank you John F Kennedy for Executive Order 10988, allowing federal employees to unionize at taxpayers expense. They shouldn't be called public servants. The tax payers are the real public servants.

It needs to be as easy to fire federal employees as it is to fire private sector employees.
Cool you don't care that Trump is a criminal. The kool-aid will wear off .
Don’t care. As long as democrats are kept out of office and purged from the government, I couldn’t care less about criminal activity. The new rules suck don’t they,?
Yet too cowardly to actually use your name. Sad small and cowardly man. Just like Trump.
I’m on thin ice at work already for my right wing views.
Good you certainly deserve to be if you stand in protection of criminals, racism, bias and torture of children. Shame you are too much of a coward to face the music. People of integrity actually stand for what they believe in. You are a true mirror of Trump.
Yeah, whatever. I find leftists intolerant of divergent viewpoints. They tend to assign disparaging terms to their ideological opponents to dehumanize them in their own minds so they can rationalize dismissing them. It’s a very closed mindset.
We’ll see about this. Bet it gets overturned.
supreme court is going to over turn this dumb judges ruling. judges are now political hacks especially the ones on the left.
This is nuts. More lunacy from the Bench. If "At will" employment is good enough for the private sector, it's good enough for the public sector. Appeal it. Trim the deficit. They can find work in the private sector.
That's just what we need a bunch of folks collecting taxpayer money with no need to perform because it's almost impossible to get fired. Everyone else is actually held to standards. No $500 hammers or $2,000 toilet seats out here.
This should frighten everyone if a judge is striking down executive orders and if Fed employees cannot ever get fired.
That's because judges tend to be intellectual and not emotionally.
I think you meant the other way around.
I think your comment was silly. So here we are.
