If its not, its a violation, violations are punishable by fines, you know like the 375k fine paid by obama campaign

Then Cohen copped to a non-crime. What kind of attorney is he anyway? And what kind of attorney is representing him?

Cohen could not violate attorney-client privilege without saying it was a crime. Prosecutors wouldn’t bargain from 65 years down to 3-5 years unless Cohen implicated Trump. Charges against Cohen were mostly about tax fraud, etc. — unrelated to Trump or 2016 election.

are NDAs to cover up crimes "witness tampering" as well as unenforceable? If adultery is a crime where you live, then such an NDA is a crime cover-up. The wives rights are being violated with such an NDA as well; particularly when seeking divorce.

Adultery is not a crime in New York and wasn’t in 2006. In a court proceeding such as a divorce, the NDA can’t be used to silence a witness.

but if the topic of an NDA is a misdemeanor, then... you can't write contracts to cover it up.

i'd also add... NDA signed under duress. in at least one instance, a goon was sent to threaten the child of the signer. the duress surely was part of getting the signature.

Neither Trump nor Clinton should have been running for. Neither has the character to be president. sex between consenting adults is their business. Black mailing someone for money is a crime. Wanting more because they won an election demonstrates no morale character.

NO!!! with all the problems we have i.e federal deficit, federal debt, healthcare, immigration and so on, this question of a married man payoff a mistress tops the list of concerns? Shame to the Dems. Shame on all of us for allowing the politicians to carry on like babies!!!!
