        It's a trap bar, it's been proven to have more beneficial results in regards to explosive jumping power...I use it all the time, we haven't had a player injured in 5 years of college basketball...stop hiring guys because they have a masters or a name, look at their track record

        A trap bar deadlift actually minimizes strain on the back because you aren’t pulling from the front of the body increasing risk of low back impinging.

        This seems to have little to none scrutiny compared to the corporate working environment we kept hearing about esp. with Apple and their contracted manufacturers. They’re about the same type of business in a sense.
