-always sleep when you're tired. where/whenever -watch movies and catch up on tv shows -using the reading light should be frowned upon -don't try to talk to people, they'd rather be sleeping -drink lots of water, eat the provided snacks and meals and you won't be hungry

I periodically take 13h in the evenings and, lately, a 16h. I skip heavy meals after take off to sleep for 8h. Then, catch up with work or watch a 2-hr show then stand & stretch in place (while most are asleep).

It helps if you can avoid TV on the long haul, my strategy remains to have couple of books, preferably serious subjects.. read and sleep (repeatedly ) routine helps me cope two long legs and 12+ hour time difference
