@AMCTheatres has 3 movies a week for $20/month with no blackouts or extra charges for popular movies. Definitely switching now. Plus, free size upgrades and 10% off concessions, which is pretty large considering it’s $10 for popcorn lol. See ya @MoviePass, it’s been a good run.

Excellent move
@MoviePass. A fair product for a fair price. Let the people abusing the system howl. The rest of us don’t care. Would prefer you stay in business. -
I’m sorry, how is watching movies abusing the system? If they sell a plan where I can watch a movie a day for $9.99 a month and I watch a movie a day, am I not getting exactly what they advertised? Going from “unlimited” to “3 a month” is less than 1 new release per week

They’re still blocking out new releases tho. If they had raised the prices to $20 a month and kept the same rules I wouldn’t mind. They just doing too much.

Like if your company running outta money wouldn’t it make sense to raise the prices. When I signed up for $10/month I just assumed they would eventually raise the prices but keep the same model cuz that’s what made me sign up in the first place.
