Finding Alex Jones to be reprehensible and not worthy of third party platforms is not censorship, it’s good business. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

InfoWars is an essential part of a balanced media landscape in the same way that meth is an essential part of a balanced breakfast.

To defend the right (uuugh) he isnt a conservative or even a Republican he is a conspiracy theorist, deranged , scum of the earth. This isn't censorship, its not allowing hate speech. also he admits its an act for profit, he doesn't believe the shit he says

Why is it everyone understands the limitations of the right to free speech when it comes to info wars but are baffled about the legality of the issue when it comes to Colin Kaepernick? Facebook & Apple can control the message their company sends out but not the NFL?

Telling someone to eff off is the ultimate sign that you are unable to dispute the factuality of their statement. You might as well have just put up a gif saying "He's right you know" because that's what we all see.

I'm totally cool with banning Infowars & yes there is 100% correlation. The NFL doesn't need to "uphold a god damn thing". The constitution doesn't say anything about the right to protest on employer time either.

Nice strawman. I never said they were the same thing. The issue I have been commenting on is the laws surrounding free speech and the inability of a segment of the population to apply that evenly.

No one’s right to free speech entitles them to require a company to give them a platform for spreading disinformation, hate or to incite violence. Bravo, Apple.

Meh. Platforms/Private business can decide who they host. They’ve set a bar - Alex Jones was too much of a lying crazy hissyfit for them. Took them a long time to figure this out. Folks who think this is a problem of politics. Perhaps the problem is your politics?
