This is totally inconsistent with what Insurance companies said after the individual mandate removed . Some were stating , 10-15% increases

Nationally rates are expected to increase 15 % , but I guess the WSJ wants to pick states for their typically bias . GA went up 15% last year, not because of Obamacare but because Trump’s comments caused significant uncertainty in insurance marketplaces

Those that over reacted or pulled out of the market in 2017-2018 , will not have significant raises this year . WSJ , really ????

Simple supply and demand… Demand is down, so prices come down too. Get the government out of the way and prices would drop through the floor.

HA! Rates have been crazy and these are smaller HIKES! Does it ever end? No! Nice try WSJ... Obamacare is a colossal failure despite your attempts to spin otherwise.

I suppose they decided to stop being greedy in hopes that the consumers will forgive their behavior when being their customer was mandatory. Sorry, we won’t.

But let us just stick to a strict interpretation of the Constitution as I’m sure the founder fathers anticipated this type of tech....🙄

The sabotage of the Affordable Care Act has taken its toll. Even those trumpers who need the care cannot connect the dots between what they support and their rising insurance costs. Health care is a right. Our health is a right. The anti-0bama animus is hitting citizens.
