So, if no one decides to move, and if people in places like Seattle don't decide to install A.C. when 90 degree days become the norm, 0.01% of the population will die, mostly elderly. Should we be scared by this?

Realize to have an impact on CO2 output, everyone would need to give up A.C. and heating now, along with most electricity. How many would die then?
