Whoa there, I'm sure the WSJ wouldn't purposely put a misleading headline on their story.......right?

Inflation rate of 2017-2018 is 2.9%. Wage increase is 2.8%. So wages are stagnating.

The title of this article is VERY misleading. Shame on you, @WSJ. The article *kind of* explains it, but the language of the article is written as if trying to sell you something. Even a basic search on the ECI will inform you about this number. Hell, go to the source, @BLS_gov.

Inflation was 2.9%. Wage increases did not keep up with inflation. Wall Street Journal is a subsidiary of Fox News, hence the deliberately misleading headline.

WSJ False statistics. This number does not take into account inflation. For the real deal go to: https://www.bls.gov/news.release/pdf/realer.pdf … where you can find statistics that represents 80% of the labor force. Shame on you WSJ!
