        I am in full agreement that all those closing tasks should be paid for by the employer (no brainer, really), but putting on a uniform? Leave it to California to overreach this well-intended law.

        No kidding. I was not aware that one had to actually show up to a 'uniform window' and wait for the uniform to be handed to them. I was thinking fast food or utility companies. Appreciate the other perspective.
