So they’re subsidizing 12 bil to the farmers. 12 bil of tax payer money to pay farmers so they don’t lose money which they are losing because of tariffs. Yeah #Trump thanks for the trade war asshole.

12 billion when the farmers are the ones that made the mistake of voting for him when that could have paid for the children health insurance, education, and work programs. $12 billion in welfare for his voters who didn’t need it if #FatNixon hadn’t F-ed up!pic.twitter.com/bc4D1vvHCW

The hypocrisy of government handout. Trump should pay for his mistakes personally; he might make better choices.

The $12 billion (our tax dollars!) being used to bailout farmers impacted by Trump policies. Nothing against farmers but money should not be approved. Let his base suffer the effects of his policies. No bailout would be needed if he hadn't started this 'easily won' trade war.

Bailing out farmers with $12 billion and thinking the economy will be fine, is like bailing out Bear Stearns in early 2008 and thinking the economy will be fine.pic.twitter.com/YYa5Z0CfY5

What if I don't want my income redistributed to the farmers? Most of the farmers voted for him let them deal with the consequences.

How does this in any way relate to core GOP economic principles? The only reconciliation is pandering to a specific GOP demographic otherwise adversely affected by administration policies. Why not help people needing affordable health care? That too was affected by new policies.

The deficit is where now? Good Republicans leave office with a high deficit always. Republicans should pay for it.
