        They have been attacking our infrastructure for years. I know the guy that was the head of security for one of Florida’s largest utilities. This is not a new thing... and Republicans think the Russians are friends? It just didn’t serve them at this point to cause chaos.

        I believe that 47 of 50 states provide paper ballots. Most polling places (the ones I am aware of) have "runners" in case we use all and need more. Special circumstances would allow extra time to complete all ballots.
