'The more Mr. Trump gets criticized by the media, the more his base seems to rally behind him.' The Trump Divide is growing wider and deeper.https://on.wsj.com/2NzQjFE

Why? And why is pointing out his falsehoods a bad thing if the facts do not support his comments? He is the president; he should be held to a hire standard.

Rather than blaming Trump supporters, WSJ and the media should look to itself. WSJ contributes to the problem by constantly questioning Trump much more severely than any other POTUS. Report facts, reveal sources and let the people decide.

We’d better hope Pres Lincoln was wrong when he said, “A house divided against itself cannot stand." But, what did Abe know??? It’s not like he was one of America’s greatest Presidents. Oh wait, he was. 🤦‍♂️

Ok. I stand corrected. Whatever the source, the aphorism is certainly a wise one.

Progressives, forget trying to reason with trumpsters. Waste of time. Focus on independents and Dems - 75% of electorate.

Good, maybe more Republicans will start distancing themselves from this traitor that has committed Treason. He attacks the free press, our intelligence agencies, and believes Putin rather than his intelligence agencies. He is a traitor hiding behind the American flag

We no longer care. They will support him if he murdered someone. He will be impeached eventually regardless of these people.

Impeachment is a fantasy. In order to impeach a persons base needs to turn against then. Nixon had Republicans turn on him. They will never turn on Trump. He is beloved by millions. Impeaching a beloved sitting POTUS would rip this nation apart with horrific consequences.
