        But that it isn’t even close to balanced the trade war. First the Chinese have & continues to attack, steal, copy etc on our intellectual property, eg films, patents etc. So by imposing tariffs on metals etc. Will not pay for this crime in any shape, manner etc.

        Mnuchin is sound bite talking for 20 second media feeds. He offers up no coherent rationale or strategy. China is not interested in U.S. "products."
