A "mentor" to women doesn't believe that an employer should dictate what exact prescription for birth control a woman receives.

Being a mentor does not mean you recognize equality. It can imply paternalistic behavior, because women need to be taken care of. Not a fair and open mind for a judge.

LOL. WSJ is thirsty, has absolutely become Trump and the Trump admin's unofficial PR organ, just like the New York Post and Axios!

Being a mentor and messing with women's sexual rights are TWO DIFFERENT THINGS. MEN NEED TO MANAGE THEIR OWN TOY. MAKE MEN FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY UNWANTED PREGNANCY THROUGH AGE 18 +.

So he is decent, believes in excellence, and treats people equally? Those should be minimal requirements for any higher office, especially the Supreme Court. You should have titled this "He meets the minimum requirements."

I can’t think of a reason why that is relevant. The issue is whether he will represent a move backwards for women, LGBTT people and people of color not whether a wwoman will advance in her career because of a personal connection.
