Welcome to the club gentleman. Do you worry yet about using sick time when you need to instead of vacation time? How about leaving early/taking off for school functions? Did you know moms worry about all of these? #paternity #maternity #sicktime #parenting #motherhood

Tbh your politicians need to get you some laws like in any other first world country that say you have to be given paid sick leave and it can't be taken off your vacation days. For example German companies have to pay for six weeks of sick leave per year.

One day when our Congress has enough women, it will. I get a week and 3 days combined sick & personal days, 3 weeks vacation & 5 holidays. We do have family leave, but you have to apply for it & I believe it is unpaid, you have to use vacation&sick.

Also the irony. Most ppl have jobs, not careers. There4 they shdtake the time and then change jobs later. Nobody cares abt what i dud wrt childcare leave 15yrs later when my kids r tweens.
